Beth is a realtor who digs deep to get the real info on properties, and has great relations with other realtors. Beth just helped me purchase a house in New Maryland. We needed to upsize to accommodate a growing family and she found us exactly what we needed. I started the purchasing process just before Christmas which made things a bit more challenging with banks, lawyers, etc. Beth has a great relationship with the other realtors in the area and she was able to negotiate us the time to ensure that all conditions of the purchase were met. I am a Canadian Forces member who was posted to CFB Gagetown in 2009 and utilized Beth’s services to buy my home in Oromocto West. Too often, real estate agents will tell you what you want to hear just for the purposes of securing a quick sale. In this case, Beth was so in tune with my preferences and needs that she saved me a great deal of time in my search by tailoring it to my requirements and on several particular occasions helped me dodge a few housing bullets by giving me a “realtor reality check” and advising when it’d be a good time to pass something up.
